BAS’ Streamlined & Strategic Client Onboarding Process

1. Introductory Consultation & Confidentiality Agreement

Step 1: Initial Consultation
Begin your journey with a no-obligation discovery call with our experts. This conversation allows us to understand your specific requirements and recommend the most suitable engagement model tailored to your business goals.

Step 2: Confidentiality Agreement
To ensure the privacy of all discussions, we proceed by signing a Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention (NDNC) agreement. This protects your information as we move forward in the evaluation process.

Step 3: Talent Interview Process
Clients are invited to conduct initial interviews with shortlisted professionals—completely obligation-free. You’re under no commitment to hire unless you're entirely confident in the candidate's fit and capability.

2. Talent Identification & Profile Review

Step 1: Profile Presentation
Our recruitment specialists curate and share a selection of candidate profiles that align with your defined role. Once reviewed, we coordinate interviews at your preferred time.

Step 2: Customized Talent Sourcing
If the ideal profile is not immediately available in our talent pool, we proactively source candidates that meet your exact specifications—no compromises on quality.

Step 3: Three-Stage Talent Readiness Check

  1. Ready-to-Deploy Candidates – Profiles already vetted and available for immediate deployment.
  2. Partially Screened Candidates – Promising profiles undergoing final evaluation.
  3. Active Sourcing Required – If no match is found, we initiate a targeted search to identify qualified professionals within an optimal time frame.

3. Interviews & Skill Evaluation

Interview Rounds
You may interview shortlisted candidates as many times as needed. Prior to your interaction, we conduct internal evaluations for communication skills, technical competence, and time-zone alignment to reduce hiring risks.

Optional Assessments
Should you require additional testing, candidates can undergo client-specific assessments to further validate their expertise.

4. Final Selection & IT Setup

Step 1: Candidate Selection
Evaluate the shortlisted talent on skills, experience, professional fit, and alignment with your company culture. Finalize the hire once you're satisfied with the selection.

Step 2: Onboarding & Secure IT Integration
Upon confirmation, we finalize contractual paperwork and initiate IT setup. We typically use secure VPN access to integrate the professional into your digital environment, ensuring all work is done within your systems for maximum security. Our IT specialists will support this setup to ensure a seamless transition.

5. Structured Onboarding Process

Step 1: Managerial Oversight
Your internal managers, in collaboration with BAS supervisors, provide initial training and support to help the offshore professional integrate smoothly into your operations.

Step 2: Training & Knowledge Transfer
Our team will participate in structured training—delivered by your team—through live sessions, documentation, or recorded videos. This helps them gain a thorough understanding of responsibilities.

Step 3: Process Familiarization
We ensure the offshore staff are well-versed in your systems, workflows, and client-specific tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy from day one.

Step 4: Ongoing Evaluation & Feedback
Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions help monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with your expectations.

6. Ongoing Team Management & Expansion

As your strategic partner, we work hand-in-hand with you to manage, scale, and optimize your offshore accounting team. Our dedicated Account Management team supports workflow coordination, performance tracking, training, and more—ensuring your offshore operations run efficiently and effectively.

Staff Replacement & Service Termination

Flexibility is key. If a team member doesn’t meet your expectations, or your staffing needs change, we offer the ability to replace or release professionals at any time. A standard two-month notice period ensures smooth transitions.

Depending on the complexity of the role and level of experience required, onboarding typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
